Reservation & Payment

Bookings on all of The Bump Class courses are only secured once full payment has been received. All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is discontinued due to an act or omission of an officer or employee at The Bump Class, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued. No refunds can be issued for cancellations by the course participant.

Cancellation

After the confirmation of the class dates, all amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable and non-changeable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is discontinued due to an act or omission of an officer or employee at The Bump Class, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued. No refunds can be issued for cancellations by the course participant although The Bump Class may, in its sole and absolute discretion, offer a full or pro rata refund (as applicable) in circumstances where a miscarriage or still birth prevents you from starting or attending the remainder of a course you have paid for. For the avoidance of doubt, The Bump Class’s discretion to refund in these sad circumstances does not extend to where classes or courses are missed or cancelled due to the premature or early arrival of a baby. All of our group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached you will be notified and entitled to a full refund. In exceptional circumstances, course times and dates may be changed. If the new time and date is not convenient to you we will try to offer you an alternative course but no guarantee is made that we will be able to find a new time or date that works for all course participants. In the unlikely event that the course venue is changed and a new venue is found within 5 miles of the original, no refund is available in these circumstances. All or our group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached you will be notified and entitled to a full refund.

We are unable to refund or change classes that are missed for medical reasons. Because of this, we recommend that participants take out insurance that would refund them in the event of illness preventing them from taking part.

Refunds

In any case that a refund is issued to the customer from The Bump Class, this will be less our payment transaction fees and administration fee: 5% of the total paid.

Conditions Apply: You need to have attended every class you were booked on to. You will be refunded, minus the cost of the book, printed notes and and bank charges.
